Older Workers Needed

In other countries, the number of adults, age 55 to 64, who are returning to work, is rising as life spans continue to increase but funding is not sufficient to provide for retirement.

While this trend does not seem to have taken hold in the United States, many feel it’s just a matter of time. They cite a lack of consistent job growth in the U.S., saying that even though the job market has improved, it still has not improved enough to produce the number of good paying jobs required.
